Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Ben Nevis Hotel was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the pool and the overall size of the hotel, the room I was in was quite disappointing and in dire need of updating. The food quality varied; breakfast was lukewarm and not very appetizing, whereas the evening meal I had at Garrison West was quite impressive.
I spent two nights at Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club, and while the room I received was spacious and beautifully appointed, several issues marred my stay. The location is prime for exploring Fort William, but I encountered numerous service hiccups. Although the pool facilities were enjoyable, the dining experience left much to be desired.
My stay at the Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club was a mixed experience. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff stood out, making the visit nice. However, I faced issues with room temperature control and the limited food options during my visit. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential but there's room for improvement.
My stay at Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club had its ups and downs. While the pool facilities were excellent and the surroundings amazing, the service during check-in was less than welcoming, and the dining experience left quite a bit to be desired. Overall, I'd say it was an average stay that had potential but fell short in various areas. 🌧️
